Time Warner Cable is now broadcasting Outdoor Channel HD in Texas, including the Dallas area, Corpus Christi and Laredo. The channel is part of Time Warner’s HD Sports tier in Corpus Christi and Laredo on Channel 1316 and is can be found on Channel 727 in the Dallas area.
“The ‘Lonestar State’ is home to several of our popular outdoor celebrities and serves as a prime location for filming. We’re proud to deliver these local area adventures, along with others, to a broad range of Texas-based viewers,” said Outdoor Channel’s Randy Brown.
Outdoor Channel recently launched 19 new shows in HD, all starting in this first quarter of 2011.
Outdoor Channel’s outdoor sports programming includes hunting, fishing, shooting, off-road motorsports, and other adventure sports. The channel is offered in both standard-definition (480i) and high-definition (1080i), as well as on-demand and broadband on the web.
