Sony and The Weinstein Company have reached an agreement to distribute DVD and Blu-ray titles from the studio, which previously partnered with Genius Products, Inc., until last year.
A Single Man, Nine, The Road, Nowhere Boy, Youth in Revolt, Halloween, Piranha 3-D, Hoodwinked 2 and Blue Valentine are among the titles first to get Sony distribution.
While a distribution partner was in limbo, recent Weintein film Inglourious Basterds (Quentin Tarantino) was released on DVD and Blu-ray through Universal Studios.
