HDNet and HDNet Movies have been added to the Verizon FiOS TV video-on-demand library. The high-definition programming is free for customers who subscribe to HD service and is usually available on demand 24 hours after premiering.
Some premiere titles this month on HDNet Movies include “A Few Good Men” (Monday, Dec. 14 at 9:00PM ET), “Finding Neverland” (Wednesday, Dec. 16 at 9:00PM ET), and “The Dating Guy” (Thursday, Dec. 17 at 8:00PM ET).
The network is also hosting national HD premieres this month of “The Confession” starring Alec Baldwin, Ben Kingsley, and Amy Irving (Tuesday, Dec. 15 at 6:00PM ET) and “Spies Like Us” starring Chevy Chase, Dan Aykroyd, and Steve Forrest (Wednesday, Dec. 16 at 2:30PM ET see additional times).
Some HDNet’s original programming includes “Ring of Honor Wrestling,” “Dan Rather Reports,” “Fight Night,” and “Get Out.”
“HDNet and Verizon FiOS are a winning HD combination. We offer all of our programming in true high definition, and when delivered over Verizon’s all fiber-optic network, the pure HD picture-and-sound quality will just blow you away,” said Mark Cuban, chairman and co-founder of HDNet.
