Cox Communications has improved its interface for Cox customers in the states of Rhode Island and Connecticut, which now allows faster and easier navigation. Enhancements also include more choices to FreeZone, HD titles and more movies On Demand.
The On Demand interface was improved in several ways: Horizontal scrolling provides quicker navigation through folders; ‘Skip’ functions allow the user to skip forward or backward in 15-minute intervals while fast-forwarding or rewinding; Movie previews are available directly from a folder’s main menu; and jump back 10 seconds with the new Instant Replay function
“Cox’s goal is to provide customers with an attractive, fast and intuitive On DEMAND experience,” said Doreen Studley, vice president of marketing, Cox Communications New England. “The new features make navigation easy, and Cox has increased the amount of On DEMAND programming available to subscribers.”
