I can’t wait for either format to win, or the double format discs, or the dual format player. If they are not out by the time the Matrix trilogy and original Star Trek series are released on HD DVD, I’m buying the Toshiba player.
Star Trek in HD? Come on, you gotta see that! Can you imagine those spray painted cave environments, ancient special effects, and my god Tribbles in HD? Lock me up in my house for a week with some access to snacks and a bathroom – and I’ll be as happy as a clam.
