An American Werewolf In London is coming to a special Limited Edition from Arrow Video just in time for Halloween on October 29, 2019. The new edition features a new 1080p transfer from a 4k restoration of the film’s original negatives supervised by Director John Landis. Audio is provided in the original uncompressed 1.0 mono with optional 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio track.
The edition also includes a boatload of extras including new audio commentary by Beware the Moon filmmaker Paul Davis, a newly produced, feature-length documentary titled “Mark of The Beast: The Legacy of the Universal Werewolf,” and new featurette titled “Wares of the Wolf” that looks the costumes and special effects used in the film. The rest of the bonus material was previously released.
