“Love Live the Bat!” Warner Bros. Entertainment has compiled 18 DCU animated films into one boxed set to celebrate 80 years since Bob Kane and Bill Finger created the superhero for “Detective Comics” in 1939. Batman 80th Anniversary 18-Film Collection will arrive on Blu-ray & DVD on Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2019.
The DCU animated films include “Batman: Mask of the Phantasm,” “Batman: Mystery of the Batwoman,” “Batman: Gotham Knight,” “Superman/Batman: Public Enemies,” “Batman: Under the Red Hood,” “Superman/Batman: Apocalypse,” “Batman: Year One,” “Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, Part 1,” “Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, Part 2,” “Son of Batman,” “Batman: Assault on Arkham,” “Batman vs. Robin,” “Batman: Bad Blood,” “Batman: The Killing Joke,” “Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders,” “Batman and Harley Quinn,” “Batman: Gotham by Gaslight,” and “Batman Ninja.” Widescreen (Enhanced). Ratings vary between PG, PG-13, and R.
The soundtracks are provided in English Dolby Digital 5.1, Spanish Dolby Digital 5.1, Japanese Dolby Digital 5.1, Portuguese Dolby Digital 5.1, Thai Dolby Digital 5.1. And, subtitles are offered in English (SDH), Spanish, Japanese, Portuguese, and Thai.
