If there’s one movie you would say doesn’t need any color enhancement it would be Ang Lee’s Life of Pi. The film is already so vibrant on Blu-ray and DVD that it’s hard to imagine could look any better. But, on 4k Blu-ray and Digital 4k with HDR10 the contrast and color depth goes even further. Right now iTunes has Life of Pi for only $4.99 — a $10 discount from the normal price of $14.99. And, the nice thing about purchasing from Apple is they are partners with Movies Anywhere. So, the movie should show up on other platforms like Amazon, Google Play and Vudu. We purchased it just for this post, and found the title immediately available from all those services mentioned.
