Sony Interactive has announced the release date for their highly anticipated video game Days Gone will be Feb. 22, 2019. The company delivered the news in their pre-E3 announcement video, and while there is disappointment the game won’t be released in 2018 as originally planned at least we now have a firm street date.
Developed by SIE Bend Studio, Days Gone is a single player adventure game of the horror/survival genre in which the player controls the character Deacon St. John who lives in a post-pandemic world populated with zombie-like animals and humans called “Freakers.”
The game is being developed for PlayStation 4 and runs on Unreal Engine 4. John Garvin wrote the story for Days Gone
and directed the game along with Jeff Ross. Days Gone is rated for mature audiences.
