The deal is only good until Mar. 5, 2018 or while supplies last. Of course, you need to be a Cosco member to get the discount.
Now keep in mind this is not the cellular model, so you won’t be able to hook it up with a carrier. For that, you might look to a data service plan from AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile or Sprint who sometimes offer deals on iPads with long term cellular contracts.
