DirecTV has added One World Sports HD to its lineup, bringing more international sports to subscribers such as cricket, the 2016 World Cup of Darts, NASL Soccer, Bundesliga Soccer, and more.
The channel also broadcasts many popular American sports that are played outside the United States such as basketball, baseball, golf and ice hockey.
Early this the year the network announced exclusive carriage of the Juventus Football Club channel Juventus TV (JTV).
The channel isn’t available to watch online via web browser or mobile device such as an iPhone or iPad, only on your TV.
The addition of the channel to DirecTV comes just one week after Dish Network (and their over-the-top service Sling TV) dropped the network over carriage fees.
One World Sports is also available from Verizon FiOS, Charter, Sony’s PlayStation Vue, Cablevision Optimum TV, Mediacom Communications, Google Fiber, Suddenlink, and RCN.
