Sling announced a new multi-stream service today that multi-streams to three devices simultaneously, and with the launch comes new FOX channels including local broadcasts in select areas, FOX Sports including regional networks, and FOX Networks’ FX and National Geographic channels. The $20 per month service is only in beta mode, but lets customers watch the streams while at home or away.
Local markets where multi-streaming customers can watch live or on-demand programming currently include Atlanta, Austin, Charlotte N.C., Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, Gainesville, Fla., Houston, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York, Orlando, Philadelphia, Pa., Phoenix, San Francisco, Tampa, Fla. and Washington D.C.
On FOX Sports, subscribers can stream local NFL games or catch sporting events on FS1 such as NASCAR, UEFA soccer, and UFC matches.
And, local sports events on FOX Regional Sports Networks are available in 16 markets that include FOX Sports Ohio, FOX Sports West, FOX Sports Florida, FOX Sports South, FOX Sports Midwest, FOX Sports Arizona, Fox Sports Cincinnati, FOX Sports Detroit, FOX Sports North, FOX Sports Prime Ticket, FOX Sports San Diego, FOX Sports Southeast, FOX Sports Southwest, FOX Sports Sun, SportsTime Ohio, and YES Network.
