Warner Bros. Pictures has released their first teaser trailer for their upcoming feature Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, that takes viewers back seventy years before Harry Potter reads the book by Newt Scamander while in school.
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them stars Oscar-winner Eddie Redmayne (“The Theory of Everything”) as magizoologist Newt Scamander, along with Ezra Miller, Ron Perlman, and Oscar-winner Jon Voight.
The film was directed by David Yates, best known for his work on the last four “Harry Potter” movies, and introduces J.K. Rowling as a screenwriter for the first time. The screenplay is based on the textbook written by Rowling’s fictional character and Newt Scamander.
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them releases to theaters in the U.S. on November 18, 2016.
