We’ve seen new toys, video games, action figures and more in anticipation of the next film in the Star Wars saga: Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens. Today, Nov. 10th, Limited Edition Steelbook editions of Episodes I through VI arrive on Blu-ray Disc from 20th Century Fox.
The single-disc Steelbook editions sell for about $14.99 each (MSRP $24.99), and come with previously-released audio commentary from George Lucas and crew, and from archival interviews with the cast and crew.
Beautifully airbrushed characters on the front of each Steelbook include Darth Maul on The Phantom Menace, Yoda on Attack of the Clones, General Grievous on Revenge of the Sith, Darth Vader on A New Hope, an Imperial stormtrooper on The Empire Strikes Back.
The Star Wars Steelbook Blu-ray editions are formatted in 1080p MPEG-4 video at 2.35:1 aspect ratio, with a 24-bit DTS-HD Master Audio 6.1 soundtrack.
