The fifth season of HBO’s Game of Thrones has been released early to Digital SD/HD, six months ahead of the Blu-ray Disc and DVD formats on March 15, 2016. The season purchase includes all ten episodes of the series, along with several bonus features such as “A Day in the Life,” “Season Five: Poisons of Westeros,” and the 23-minute “Season 5: The Great Pit Fight of Dasnak,” among other extras.
Game of Thrones: Season 5 is available from online video distributors such as Amazon Instant Video, Apple iTunes, Vudu, and Microsoft Movies for as low as $38.99 in HD quality, or $28.99 in SD.
Each episode takes up between 2 and 2.5 GBs of storage, so make sure your hard drive has plenty of room before downloading the season in HD (1080p).
