Want to grab a couple new Blu-ray Discs to enjoy on New Year’s Eve? It’s not a blockbuster week but there are some titles worth mentioning. “Every loves a happy ending” is the tagline of Don Jon starring Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Scarlett Johansson, and Julian Moore from 20th Century Fox. Sweetwater from Arc Entertainment stars Ed Harris, January Jones, and Jason Isaacs will be available New Year’s Eve on Blu-ray Disc. Dragon Ball Z: Season 1 from Funimation also hits stores in a four-disc Blu-ray collection with over 925 minutes of content. And CBGB, also releasing Dec. 31, tells the story of the infamous music club that helped launch bands and artists such as Blondie, Patti Smith, the Ramones, and Talking Heads.
