Paramount has released an extended trailer for Star Trek’s 25th Anniversary Event to be held at select theaters nationwide on July 23, 2012. For the event, the theaters will show two episodes of TNG for the first time on the big screen: “Where No One Has Gone Before” and “Datalore,” along with never-before-seen footage, behind-the-scenes extras, and a sneak preview of TNG Season Two to be released on Blu-ray later this year. The events will promote the release of “Star Trek: The Next Generation – Season One”on Blu-ray Disc on July 24. Here’s a link to the first look video on StarTrek.com which provides more details.
