Universal Studios has announced The Office Season Eight will be available for the first time on hi-def Blu-ray, as well as UltraViolet digital copy on September 4, 2012. The 5-disc Blu-ray Combo Pack will include a DVD copy as well UltraViolet digital copies of all 24 episodes to download or stream from the cloud. Extras on the Combo Pack include over 100 minutes of deleted scenes, extended episodes, webisodes, blooper reel, and “The Office” promos created for the XLVI Super Bowl. The Blu-ray is formatted in 1.78:1 aspect ratio with English DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 and Dolby Digital 2.0.
