You remember this Madonna documentary, don’t you? “Madonna: Truth or Dare” followed the artist on her “Blond Ambition Tour” in 1990, revealing secrets about the pop star’s personal life that were hard to determine were real or just planned for the camera. In any case, the film certainly had no shortage of racy backstage footage and “daring” antics, which you’ll get to see in digitally remastered 1080p video backed up by a 5.1 DTS Master Audio soundtrack. Most of the film is in black and white, if you recall, so get ready for some super grainy images. For those of us who need more than 256 shades of gray, the film does switch back and forth to color concert footage. “Madonna: Truth or Dare” will hit the shelves on April 3, 2012 with a suggested MSRP of $14.99. The film will also be released again to DVD for $9.98. Too bad for Madonna the Blu-ray release wasn’t timed better for her performance at the Super Bowl this weekend, although you might see a spot anticipating the April release date.
