Johnny Depp and Angelina Jolie star in The Tourist, now available as a Two-Disc Blu-ray/DVD Combo packaged with director commentary, several featurettes, outtake reel, BD-Live and movieIQ. The film gets mixed reviews from critics, many of whom agree it’s a beautiful looking film given the scenery and Jolie, but lacks a solid plot and chemistry between the two stars.
Warner Bros’ Yogi Bear is now available both on Blu-ray 2D and 3D, with each edition including a standard-def DVD and Digital Copy. The animated film stars Dan Aykroyd and Justin Timberlake as Yogi Bear and Boo Boo, respectively. The Warner 3D release also comes with several featurettes and Looney Tunes Short “Rabid Rider in 3D.”
Nominated for Best Screenplay in 1987, Stand By Me celebrates 25 years with its first hi-def release. The film stars Wil Wheaton, River Phoenix, Corey Feldman, Jerry O’Connell and Richard Dreyfuss. The Blu-ray comes with audio commentary from Director Rob Reiner and exclusive featurette “Walking the Tracks: The Summer of Stand By Me.”
