Panasonic made it official today announcing Avatar in 3D will release exclusively for those who purchase a Panasonic VIERA 3D HDTV. Participating retailers are now offering the Panasonic 3D Full HD Ultimate Pack (valued at $399) which includes the 3D version of James Cameron’s Avatar on Blu-ray Disc and two pairs of rechargeable Panasonic 3D glasses when you purchase a Panasonic VIERA VT Series or GT Series 3D Plasma television.
Another promo from Panasonic is the System Solution Bundle offered through Jan. 1, 2011 which includes a Panasonic DMP-BDT100 3D Blu-ray Disc Player (MSRP: $249.95) or a $249.95 instant rebate toward the purchase of a Panasonic SC-BTT350 3D Home Theater In-A-Box (MSRP $499.95) with the purchase of a Panasonic VIERA VT or GT Series 3D TV.
For customers who already purchased a 2010 VIERA 3D Plasma TV after March 10, 2010, Panasonic is offering a free copy of Avatar on Blu-ray 3D Disc via mail-in form as part of their Customer Loyalty Program.
