Not all of Netflix’s streaming titles are in HD, but they frequently add new titles in high-def. You can always find out if a movie or TV show will stream in HD by rolling your mouse over the title on the Netflix website. Different formats will pop up including DVD, Blu-ray Disc, streaming, and streaming (HD) depending on what is available. Starz titles are always highlights in the New Release category but unfortunately they are only offered in standard-definition. Of course, we always recommend watching a Blu-ray Disc for the highest quality video and sound.
