She added, “Almost half a million homes are already enjoying Sky+ HD and we’re excited to be offering even more HD content to our customers.”
The added HD channels, (most of them movie genre based movie channels,) include Sky Movies Action/Thriller HD, Sky Movies Sci-Fi/Horror HD, Sky Movies Sci-Fi/Horror HD, Sky Movies Modern Greats HD, Sky Movies Family HD, Sky Movies Comedy HD, and Sky Real Lives HD.
Other featured HD channels on Sky include Sky Sports HD, Sky One HD, Sky Arts HD, and Eurosport HD & BBC HD. The provider plans to add more channels by the end of 2008.
