It looks like a mistake over at Amazon Prime Video where Toy Story 5 is currently only $5.99 to rent. The movie is $24.99 from other providers (which is the typical price for a new movie).
The purchase price is correct though at $29.99. This is usually the cost for a big studio release first arriving at home.
Digital rentals must be watched within a given time period (usually 30 days from your payment date to start watching, and within 48 hours once you press play).
Toy Story 5 will also release on disc including a 2-disc/digital Limited Edition 4k SteelBook and 2-disc/digital Blu-ray edition. Pre-orders are pending.
