‘A Quiet Place’ starring Emily Blunt is one creepy trailer

Paramount Pictures has released the first trailer for A Quiet Place starring Emily Blunt and John Krasinski, and it’s one of the creepier trailers we’ve seen in a while. Imagine living with your family in a place where you have to be completely silent, speak in sign language, and tip-toe around the house otherwise be hunted down by vicious creatures (the look of which we don’t know yet, but can deduce from the trailer they have really big claws).

Why the family just can’t leave the house and how they got there are mysteries so far, but we’re sure more will be revealed in upcoming trailers or spoilers.

By the way, Krasinski also directed and co-wrote the film with Scott Beck and Bryan Woods who collaborated on Nightlight, another  feature-length thriller.

A Quiet Place opens to theatres in the US on April 6, 2018.
