Disney/Pixar have released an official teaser trailer for the animated film Coco slated to hit theaters in the US on Nov. 22, 2017. The two-minute video is a lengthy one for a teaser, and boasts the movie’s creators were also behind Toy Story, Finding Dory, and Inside Out. Coco centers on young musician Miguel (voiceover acting by newcomer Anthony Gonzalez) who grows up in a family that has banned music for generations. But Miguel’s acting/singing hero Ernesto de la Cruz has forever inspired him to follow his dreams. Benjamin Bratt (Despicable Me 2, Law & Order), Gael García Bernal (Y Tu Mamá También, Mozart in the Jungle), and Renee Victor (Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones, Weeds) also provide voiceovers.
