Hulu is currently offering a special deal for new customers to get unlimited streaming for $5.99 per month for one year. The $5.99 per month isn’t commercial-free, however. To stream ad-free subscribers will have to pay $11.99 per month — the same amount as Netflix’s four-screen/4k subscription plan.
Hulu’s $5.99 per month plan ($7.99 after one year) provides unlimited streaming of TV shows and movies in the Hulu library, access to current TV show episodes the day after airing, and HD resolution (at 720p) on TVs, PCs and supporting mobile devices.
The company offers a free one-week trial. And, new customers can cancel the subscription at any time without penalty.
Last summer, Hulu officially ended their free, ad-supported service that allowed users to stream certain titles without paying a monthly fee. Earlier this month, the company announced a deal that would add over 35 new channels from networks such as ABC, ESPN, and FOX.
