Alejandro G. Iñárritu’s 3-time Oscar-winning film The Revenant will release to Blu-ray Disc, 4k Ultra HD Blu-ray, DVD, and On Demand on April 16, 2016.
On Blu-ray the video is formatted in MPEG-4 at 1080p, while the Ultra HD Blu-ray video is coded in H.265 at 2160p. For audio, The Revenant will offer a DTS-HD Master Audio 7.1 soundtrack, as well as Dolby Digital 5.1 in French and Spanish.
The Blu-ray edition of The Revenant carries an MSRP of $39.99, but is available to pre-order from Amazon and Best Buy for $22.99. The Ultra HD Blu-ray 2-disc edition of The Revenant is list-priced at $39.99 — no pre-order discount available.
Both editions come with a Digital HD copy redeemable with UltraViolet. Buy on Amazon

The film was co-written by Iñárritu and Mark L. Smith, and distributed worldwide mainly by 20th Century Fox. The Revenant has made over $400M in the box office worldwide, with about $170M from domestic ticket sales.
