Apple is selling approximately two dozen comedy titles in HD on the iTunes platform for $7.99 each. Among the titles is the classic Bill Murray comedy Stripes, along with more recent comedies such as Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues. There are comedies with Oscar-winning actors such as Something’s Gotta Give starring Jack Nicholson and Diane Keaton, and memorable comedy/romances like My Best Friend’s Wedding. Other hit comedies on sale for $7.99 in HD include As Good As It Gets, Office Space, Borat, Zookeeper, and Little Miss Sunshine. Apple is featuring the $7.99 titles on the iTunes home screen. HD movies on iTunes require support for HDCP on both the computer and display. HD quality is provided in 1080p.
