Season 11 of the “The X Factor UK” will premiere on AXS TV, and, this season creator Simon Cowell will return to the show. The deal with AXS TV brings “The X Factor UK” to United States broadcasting for the first time, starting August 31 at 8 p.m. Eastern/5 p.m. Pacific. The episodes will premiere in the United States 24 hours after the respective UK broadcasts, and will be re-broadcast the following evening. Along with Cowell and UK pop singer Cheryl Fernandez-Versini who are both returning to the show after 3 years, former Spice Girl Mel B will judge the show for the first time. Veteran ‘X Factor’ judge and music manager Louis Walsh will also return to the show after 10 consecutive seasons. AXS TV (formerly HDNet) founder Mark Cuban says, “The X Factor UK is a perfect addition to the AXS TV lineup, as we continue to showcase the best music programming on television.”
