HBO debuts Silicon Valley Season 1 Trailer

This evening HBO debuted the first full length trailer for Season 1 of the upcoming original series Silicon Valley. The comedy was created by Mike Judge (King of the Hill, Beavis and Butt-Head), along with John Altschuler & Dave Krinsky. The show centers on the high-tech boom in Silicon Valley, and was inspired by Judges experience in the industry during the 19080’s. In the video, you’ll hear one character take a jab at Steve Jobs, saying, “Jobs was a poser. He didn’t even write code.” Another character proclaims, “it’s not magic, it’s talent and sweat.” Judge directed four of the eight episodes that make up Season 1, and is also credited as a writer along with John Altschuler and Dave Krinsky. HBO will exclusively distribute the show, produced by 3 Arts Entertainment and Judgemental Films Inc.  The series will premiere on April 6, 2014 at 10 p.m. ET/PT. Warning, the trailer does contain quite a few instances of adult language.
