Discovery Channel’s “Whale Wars” will go another season on the Animal Planet network, giving Paul Watson and the Sea Shepherd additional fuel to chase down Japanese whaling ships. Discovery first premiered “Whale Wars” in November, 2008 and has since aired 31 episodes. Season Five will begin in June, 2012.
Animal Planet broadcasts “Whale Wars” in 1080i (HD) and is available on DirecTV (Channel 282), Dish Network (Channel 887), Verizon FiOS (Channel 630), AT&T U-verse (Channel 1252), and most cable TV systems. Check your local listings for high-definition availability.
