An update from Eurogamer (http://www.eurogamer.net) says that the delay on release of ‘Alone in the Dark’ was just a misunderstanding. The Playstation 3 version of Atari’s next-gen survival game is in fact scheduled for simultaneous release with Xbox 360 and PC versions.
‘Alone in the Dark” is scheduled for release before the end of March 2008. This newest version of AitD in high definition has been long anticipated by gamers and critics alike. “Alone in the Dark” is a gamers classic, one of the first survival/horror games and the first to use 3d characters. The game also spawned the “Alone in the Dark” series and influenced the creation of such games as “Silent Hill” and “Resident Evil”.
