Watch: ‘Captain Marvel’ 1st Official Trailer from Disney/Marvel

Walt Disney and Marvel Studios have released the first official trailer for Captain Marvel starring Brie Larson, slated to premiere in theaters on March 8, 2019. The film was directed by Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck, who also contributed to writing the screenplay among a team of seven writers. The story is based on the Marvel comic by Gene Colan and Roy Thomas.

Supporting Brie Larson is a cast of Oscar-nominated actors including Jude Law, Annette Bening, and Samuel L. Jackson. Gemma Chan (Crazy Rich Asians) also stars as Minn-Erva and Mckenna Grace (I, Tonya) as the young Carol Danvers.

Synopsis: Set in the 1990s, Marvel Studios’ Captain Marvel is an all-new adventure from a previously unseen period in the history of the Marvel Cinematic Universe that follows the journey of Carol Danvers as she becomes one of the universe’s most powerful heroes. While a galactic war between two alien races reaches Earth, Danvers finds herself and a small cadre of allies at the center of the maelstrom.

  1. Who wouldn’t love Disney’s shows…? Getting hold of all the cartoon anime channels can be quite a tedious search from Roku.
