STARZ and STARZ ENCORE network channels are now available on Sling TV, adding more premium channels to the internet TV provider’s lineup. The add-on pack is available for $9 per month with the Sling Orange single-stream or Sling Blue multi-stream service.
Sling TV is offering Sling Orange and Sling Blue subscribers a free 7-day trial of the Starz through Sept. 14. The free preview of Starz on Sling TV will allow users to watch “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” launching on Sept. 10, 2016 at 9 p.m. ET. The launch on STARZ will be the first time the film is available to watch on TV since premiering in December, 2015.
“The addition of STARZ and STARZ ENCORE’s extensive movie library and original programming like ‘Power’ and ‘Outlander’ makes Sling TV an even more attractive option for movie buffs and TV lovers,” said Glenn Eisen, chief marketing officer of Sling TV.
