Yesterday Sprint announced they would offer subscriptions to Amazon Prime on a monthly basis, rather than the $99 charge Prime members get billed every 12 months. The monthly rate for Sprint customers is $10.99 per month, which adds up to $131.88 per year. That’s over $30 more per year than if paid in one lump sum.
But for some who want to try Amazon Prime without committing a full year, or those who would simply rather pay month-by-month, the Sprint/Amazon partnership offers a practical alternative.
Prime membership includes complete access to Amazon Original Series and Movies, Prime Video content, over 1 million songs with Prime Music, the Kindle Owners’ Lending Library, unlimited photo storage with Kindle devices, and free two-day shipping on most items.
