youtube-tv-icon-logo-crop-cornerGoogle’s over-the-top streaming TV service YouTube TV is now available on the Roku platform, offering access to over 40 channels starting at $35 per month (no long-term contracts required). The free app is compatible with most Roku devices including Roku TVs, the Roku Streaming Stick, and Roku media players dating back to the Roku 2 model.

YouTube TV is also available on 2016 and 2017 Smart TVs from LG and Samsung, newer Sony TV models, Chromecast, Nvidia Shield, and Xbox One.

Now available in over 80 cities, YouTube TV features local broadcasts from ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC, and CW, as well as Disney Channel, ESPN, FX, and Telemundo. Premium, add-on channels are also available like Fox Soccer Plus, Showtime and Sundance Now.

Features of YouTube TV on Roku include Cloud DVR service (with no storage limits), personalized Home and Library tabs, a Live tab to preview what’s streaming live from broadcast networks, and the ability to share the service with up to 5 family members in the household.
