6. I spend 200.00 a month to be able to watch what I want. No Fox. No football. When will I see a credit. All channels I signed up for should be there. Regardless of your issues

7. For local channels that vary by market, look at the lower numbers. It should be accessible since The CW transmits in HD.

9. Hi Trish. NBC is typically on Channel 12 in SD/HD. I hope you figured out the long term contract problem…24 months is a long time. Typically a 12 month should be plenty!

Why are ya’ll taking off abc channels my shows come on there I don’t understand why ya’ll have to take them off I pay for my channels to watch satellite TV and directv ya’ll have away been the best out there ya’ll are better than at&t and abc is where the Christmas movies come on I every year I love them please don’t take them off thanks

    We only have DirectV so we can watch Nationals baseball. MSNBC has the same issue in the afternoons.

    Which has went up to $100/month…
    Why do I have to call to order something that is listed in the package , that I’m already being overcharged for?

16. It’s time to negotiate on getting CBS channel back on the air. We was sold that this was a given when signing up 3 years ago.
    This is our most watched channel, so what’s happening on the the negotiations?

    • Check the lower numbers for local channels that are different in every market. The CW broadcasts in HD so you should find it.

    • What package is needed to view FSNORHD, or 668-2? I want to watch the Avache game and you guys wiped out Altitude TV, our channel, 681

    • Telemundo HD is only available in specific local markets. Nationally they don’t broadcast an HD feed

21. Where is NBC? You folks keep saying you are having our backs, I doubt that very much.
    We were never told about having to sign up for 24 months, an if we wanted to stop Directv we would have to pay $20 a month on any months that were left up to the 24th month. All we received was a small piece of paper 8″ X 5″ and two fancy illustrated pamphlets of what we could expect in the way TV watching, but was not informed that NBC would not be on the list.
    Two very nice foreign workers dashed in and out of are home installing the equipment; these men worked very fast, very little English, no communications. It was the American man named Mike Taylor, who signed his name on the 8″X 5″ paper that did not offer anything in the way of letting us know that we were bound to a 24 month contract; we never signed a contract to our knowledge. Nice way to hammer a couple of senior citizens, shame on you.
