Yes. Hulu does have 4k streaming, but the options are somewhat limited. Hulu will automatically stream in the best quality available depending on the bandwidth. Formats include 720p, 1080p, 4K Ultra HD, and 60fps (frames-per-second). We can confirm Apple TV 4k running the newest Hulu app will display “4k” next to the title.
