As part of their ‘Project Cavlary’ expansion, Comcast is adding 119 new networks including 52 high-definition (HD) channels in the Santa Barbara County area. Those communities include Ballard, Buellton, Lompoc, Los Olivos, Orcutt, Santa Maria, Santa Ynez, Solvang and Vandenberg Village. The rest of the new networks are made up of 29 premium international networks, 21 hispanic channels, and 17 standard-definition channels.
