Dish showing free movies on weekends through March

Here’s some great news for Dish customers. The TV provider is showing free movies every weekend on Channel 102 through the month of March. During what’s called the DISH Movie Mania promotion, commercial-free movies will play every Friday, Saturday and Sunday night with a new category of films every weekend.

This weekend Dish will focus on Thrillers and Chillers, with titles that include Bram Stocker’s Dracula, Misery, and Single White Female. Next weekend, Feb. 14 through Feb. 16, Dish will air When Harry Met Sally, Forget Paris, and About Last Night during their Date Night weekend.

On the weekend of Feb. 28, Dish will present award-winning films such as West Side Story, A Few Good Men, Taxi Driver, and Thelma and Louise during the Award Winners weekend.

If you have your Dish account linked online, you can easily set your DVR to record these movies and choose your SD/HD preferences on the Dish Anywhere website. You can check out more at dishmoviemania.com.
