CBS Sports Network is now available to more Time Warner Cable customers, as the channel has been added to the cable provider’s Digital TV Package in most markets as of yesterday. Previously, the sports network was only available through the Time Warner Cable’s Sports Pass add-on package. The distribution agreement follows a carriage dispute between CBS and TWC that resulted in a blackout of thirteen CBS owned channels, as well as premium channels such as Showtime and Smithsonian, in eight Time Warner Cable markets. CBS Sports Network broadcasts in 480i (SD) and 1080i (HD) formats. Check your channel guide for CBS Sports Network, as channels locations may vary.
