‘Captain Phillips’ starring Tom Hanks 2nd trailer released

Columbia Pictures and Sony Pictures have released a second trailer for the upcoming film Captain Phillips starring Tom Hanks. Directed by Paul Greengrass (The Bourne Supremacy, Green Zone), Captain Phillips is based upon the book “A Captain’s Duty: Somali Pirates, Navy SEALS, and Dangerous Days at Sea” by Richard Phillips. The film tells the story of the first American cargo ship to be hijacked since the early 19th century. In 2009, while traveling southeast of the coast of Somalia, the MV Maersk Alabama was seized by pirates. Captain Phillips will hit theaters in the US on October 11, 2013.
