DIRECTV adds DIY HD & ION East HD channels

Heads up DIRECTV subscribers! This morning DIRECTV added 2 more HD channels to it’s lineup, including DIY HD and ION East HD. DIY HD (Do-It-Yourself Network) is a television network that focuses on do it yourself projects such as home, auto, boat, and other activities. The channel broadcasts in 1080i (HD) as well as 480i (SD). ION East HD (formerly PAX TV) provides general entertainment programming such as WWE, television dramas and comedy shows. PAX broadcasts in 720p (HD) video resolution. DIY HD can be found on DIRECTV Channel 230. ION East HD can be found on Channel 348 (unconfirmed).
