Cave of Forgotten Dreams from acclaimed director Werner Herzog takes you into France’s Chauvet Cave where the oldest paintings known to man were discovered. The Blu-ray Combo edition offers both 3D and 2D versions of this film which documents paintings over 30,000 years old. Smallville: The Complete Tenth Season hits shelves on Blu-ray Disc today. The 4-disc set includes commentaries on two key episodes, un-aired scenes, a music video, and two other featurettes. The Smurfs will also be released this week, but for some reason held off until Friday, Dec. 2. Maybe Sony is hoping to inherit some of the success the Harry Potter franchise enjoyed doing end of the week disc releases.
