Today at the GamesCom conference in Germany, Sony announced they are dropping the price of the PlayStation 3. In the US and UK, the $299 and euro 299 160GB PS3 is dropping to $249 and euro 249. In Japan, the 160GB will drop from 29,980 yen to (including tax) to 24,980 yen (including tax).

One thing that was previously missing on the Netflix interface was a specific section just for kids. Although there were ways to breakdown titles into kid friendly lists you still had to scan through adult film categories first.
