Cablevision subscribers in the New York Tri-State region will be happy to hear Food Network and HGTV are back online, as the cable provider and Scripps Networks Interactive came to a financial agreement today.
“This is great news for all those television viewers in the New York Tri-State region who enjoy Food Network and HGTV,” said John Lansing, executive vice president of Scripps Networks Interactive Inc. and president of the company’s Scripps Networks operating division.
Food Network and HGTV are offered both in SD (480i) and HD (1080i). The channels can be found on DirecTV, Dish Network, and on most cable TV systems.
No terms of the agreement were disclosed in the press release.
